Our services are priced per qualified lead as outlined in our pricing structure. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Confidentiality

7. Service Level Commitments

We commit to:

• Maintaining 95% client satisfaction rates
• Providing regular progress reports as specified in service agreements

8. Limitation of Liability

Stellarray's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our AI consulting recommendations are provided as professional guidance and implementation results may vary.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination terms and data handling procedures will be specified in individual service agreements.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Saint Cloud, Florida.
